The item is as described. Beautiful in every way. Pham went above and beyond reaching out to me to ensure my order was complete and followed up to ensure my satisfaction. I am very excited to give this to my adult son and hope it finds a place of honor on his desk. I’ll keep you updated!

Exactly as advertised. Very satisfied with the service and price. You may notice a small indentation on the very top piece, this is from two pieces being connected but it's not very visible in the pictures so I assumed it was a scuff at first.

I purchased three different versions of these models. I just received the first item and it arrived in perfect condition. The woodworking is stunning. Absolutely beautiful! Gorgeous dark wood with rich luxurious finish. It works perfectly too. My compliments to Pham on his expert craftsmanship. I'm greatly looking forward to recieving the other two models I purchased. I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about this purchase. From beginning to end, the customer service was absolutely exceptional—thoughtful, responsive, and truly above and beyond anything I expected. And then the marble run arrived… WOW. It is breathtakingly beautiful. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and quality of the wood are simply outstanding. It’s not only a gorgeous handmade piece, but it functions beautifully as well. You can immediately see the care, skill, and pride that went into creating it. This is one of those rare purchases that feels even more special in person. I bought it as a gift, and now I can hardly wait to give it! I know it’s going to be treasured for years to come. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and would recommend this shop without hesitation. Absolutely five stars!
